Do you own a condo? I do. I was once a traditional, brick-ranch kinda guy, and then I moved to the big city of Atlanta, where the combination of heinous traffic, higher real estate prices, and low maintenance turned me away from my home-owning ways. So, I bought a condo.
And so far I love it…at least most of it. But one of the areas that are so confusing when it comes to condos is having the right amount, and type, of homeowners insurance.
